Frequently Asked Questions

How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Note this removes your attendee data and cancels future organizer payouts if applicable.
I didn't receive my ticket email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and verify the email on your order. You can re-send tickets from your Orders page. If you still can't find them, contact support with your order ID.
How do I report an unsafe event or venue?
Use the "Report" button on the event page or contact support with details. We'll review and may take actions including notifying the organizer or removing the listing.
Can I use Marifecto Events on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account syncs across devices. Organizers can also access check-in tools from supported devices at the venue.
How do I change my event date, time, or venue?
Organizers can edit event details from the dashboard. We recommend emailing attendees and updating the event page clearly. Significant changes may require offering refunds.
What features are available for organizers?
Organizers can create event pages, set ticket tiers, track sales, export attendee lists, enable check-in, and configure refund/transfer policies.
